Former graduate of the University of Regina(1994), Cinnamon Cranston has been in the health and wellness field for 25 years. Cinnamon began her career in health and wellness as a registered massage therapist, graduating from Mount Royal College in Calgary in 1997. She then went on to complete Level One and Two in Reiki in1998.
Along her journey of self discovery, Cinnamon was also a student of St. Stephen’s College at the University of Alberta in the Masters of Theological Studies and Pastoral Counselling programs and took one year of the Integrative Body Psychotherapy Training.
After deciding to focus on touch work, she eventually found her calling and a deeper level of personal healing with Rosen Method Bodywork in 2008; training with the Rosen Method Cascadia Centre (Rosen Method Institute Canada) graduating in 2012. Cinnamon is a certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner and Rosen Method Movement Teacher as well as a Rosen Method Workshop Teacher.
In 2021, Cinnamon completed her certification in Somatic Resilience and Regulation with Kathy Kain and Stephen Terrell.
Cinnamon is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and the Rosen Institute.
