Former graduate of the University of Regina(1994), Cinnamon Cranston has been in the health and wellness field for 20 years. Cinnamon began her career as a massage therapist graduating from Mount Royal College in Calgary in 1997. She has also received training in Level Two Reiki and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Along her journey of self discovery, Cinnamon was also a student of St. Stephen’s College at the University of Alberta in the Masters of Theological Studies and Pastoral Counselling programs and took one year of the Integrative Body Psychotherapy Training. Cinnamon eventually found her home in Rosen Method in 2008, training with the Rosen Method Cascadia Centre (now the Rosen Method Institute Canada). She specializes in Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement as a certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner and Workshop Teacher as well as a Rosen Method Movement Teacher with a private practice in Edmonton, AB, Canada.
